Training is a key requirement of the job and all our drivers hold valid CSCS (Construction Skills Competency Scheme) Health and Safety certificates, CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) cards with Lorry Loader (Hook) and Loader securer certificates, as well as IPAF Operator certificates to operate access equipment.

We have embraced the European Driver CPC periodic Training and all our drivers hold valid Driver Qualification cards.  Our training plan is reviewed on a regular basis and drivers are required to carry out on-line training as well as practical training to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest information.

As part of our commitment to the FORS scheme, all our drivers have completed the TfL FORS Driver CPC Safer Urban Driving course as well as the FORs E-learning modules.

All our drivers have completed the Crossrail Lorry Driver Training module and carry valid Crossrail LGV Driver ID cards.

We have an on-going commitment to continue to provide training and development to all our staff and operate regular assessment of drivers.

As a verified and audited member of the Achilles supplier network (RISQs) we hold sponsorship to enable drivers to participate in the Personal Track Safety (PTS) training.

We work with a local training company, Southern Cranes and Access, who provide all the specialist training for our team of drivers.
